Platform Administrator/ System Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Platform Administrator to join our team. As a Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our 3rd party Platforms to support our sales, marketing, claims, IT and customer service teams. Your role will play a critical role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring the effective utilization of our 3rd party Platforms across the organization. Responsibilities:

  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to the Platforms: Troubleshoot issues and resolve user inquiries. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure users understand and effectively use the Platform features and functionalities.
  • System Administration: Perform administrative tasks such as user management, security settings, roles, profiles, permission sets, data access, and general system configuration. Ensure appropriate user access and permissions are maintained and conduct regular security audits.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline workflows using Salesforce automation tools such as workflows, process builder, and flows. Create and manage email templates, approval processes, and assignment rules.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop custom reports as needed.
  • Stay Up to Date: Keep up with the latest releases, features, and best practices. Evaluate new features and functionality to drive continuous improvement and optimize Salesforce usage within the organization.

 

Qualifications

  • IT certifications in different IT Platforms
  • Experience as platform administrator or in a similar role
  • Experience in workflow rules
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
